Heliz support can help with product questions, technical issues, and coordination when your organization's administrator is involved. For account access, role changes, or account removal, contact your workspace administrator first.

When contacting support, include your work email address, workspace or organization name (if known), and a brief description of the issue. Do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials in email.
