Account Access

Heliz is a workspace-based business application. Accounts and workspace access are managed by the customer organization or workspace administrator.

Need access?

Contact your organization administrator. Heliz for iOS and the web app are for users who already have a workspace account provisioned by their organization. There is no public self-service account or workspace creation flow in the iOS app.

Need role changes?

Contact your workspace administrator. Role and permission changes are managed within your organization's Heliz workspace.

Need account removal?

Contact your workspace administrator or Heliz support at support@heliz.io. Your organization decides whether and when user access should be removed from a workspace.

Data retention

Workspace records may be retained by the organization according to its retention, audit, and legal requirements. Removal of your user access does not necessarily delete historical workspace records maintained by your organization.
